Savoy lives on in certain houses across the city and Huertas is certainly one of them. Jonah Miller, former Savoy and Back Forty cook is hosting a very Savoy-ish event—wines generously poured by Elevation Wines partner (and former Savoy general manager) Gil Avital, with accompanying Huertas riffs on ingredients and recipes described in the book. Jonah and I will converse about cooking, running restaurants in this pivotal moment and celebrate the September bounty of the market. Limited ticket availability.
